From the very beginning, Michelle and Nathan knew they wanted a ceremony that felt relaxed, meaningful, and completely “them.” When we first met over Zoom, Michelle shared that she was a little worried about becoming emotional during the ceremony — particularly during her personal vows. We spoke about creating space for her to choose what felt right on the day, including the option of sharing those vows privately if needed. It was a small suggestion, but one that helped ease the pressure and allowed her to stay present.

As it turned out, Michelle was calm and grounded. We had a quiet moment together just before the ceremony, and she later told me that my calmness helped her find her own. Standing across from Nathan, she delivered her vows with such grace and emotion — a true highlight of the day, and a moment I’ll never forget. I watched with pride as she spoke from the heart.

They also wanted to include their nephews in the ceremony in a meaningful way, and with a few thoughtful suggestions, we found the perfect way to do just that. It brought a lovely sense of family into the space and added another layer of warmth to an already heartfelt celebration.

After the day, Michelle and Nathan shared the kindest words:
