Suzie and Troy’s wedding was held at the stunning Wattle Park Chalet, right in their local area. With the beautiful garden backdrop, it was the perfect setting for their very special day. From the very beginning, their friends and family welcomed me so warmly, it was clear that this was a group of people who truly adore Suzie and Troy.

Suzie was supported by two of her closest friends, Ben and Cam. Suzie adores these two—she often says they are her favourite humans on earth and she felt so lucky to have them standing by her side.

Troy had his sister, Morgan, and his best mate since high school, Shea, by his side.

Suzie and Troy carefully chose these special people because they wanted them to know just how much their love, friendship, and unwavering support means to them.

Their story is one of timing and serendipity. Suzie and Troy first met many years ago through mutual friends, but it wasn’t until Suzie noticed on social media that Troy was out for a run in her area that she reached out. That small moment sparked something wonderfuland soon, one date turned into another and before long, their feelings for each other had grown deeply and quickly.

Together, they’ve built a life that is full of joy and shared passions. They discovered a love for cooking together (something that never existed before they met!) and are both huge live music lovers. It’s no surprise to anyone that most weekends they’re off seeing a gig, with their friends often saying, “of course you are!”

I’ve loved getting to know Suzie and Troy during our regular catch-ups. Their warmth, their humour, and the way they look at each other makes it clear, they’ve found something really special.

Their wedding day was not just a celebration of their love, but also of the incredible community of people who surround them. And it was a really joy to be a part of their day.
