Fitzroy Garden Wedding

Wendy and Simon chose the beautiful Dolphin Fountain in Fitzroy Gardens as the backdrop for their wedding — a tranquil, leafy pocket of Melbourne ..

Their friends and family had travelled from across Australia and overseas to be there. It was clear from the start just how loved and supported they are — not just by their guests, but by the incredible group of humans who made up their wedding party. From the grown-up besties to the four gorgeous little ones in their junior wedding party, this was a crew who brought laughter, love, and unwavering support on the day.

As the ceremony began, I invited the wedding party to take a moment to simply be present:

Wendy and Simon met at a mutual friend’s party, and as their story unfolded over the years, it became clear to everyone around them just how right they were for each other. Their vows were heartfelt, moving, and completely true to who they are as individuals and as a couple.

Their day was joyful, deeply meaningful and full of personal touches that reflected the life they’ve built together — and the future they’re so excited to step into.
